It describes the tyranny of Soviet communism. Red Pawn is a story drama about a beautiful woman who becomes the beloved mistress of a captain of a Soviet prison for men convicted of political crimes. Heroin becomes the mistress of the commander to release her husband who, unbeknownst to the Commander, is one of his prisoners.
