Is it legal to shoot someone Festival merchandise for sale on one?

I was at a weekend festival and the people here and there to sell their own goods. I happened to pictures of random things as I normally do. I grabbed some of this table with some old ceramics - The lady at the table flipped out, beating his hands screaming in the stuff for sale "you can not take pictures of this blah blah blah "but I was already on my way until then. I'm not with them for commercial use or for profit. They were only common flow-type cans and Vintage Blue Willow Kitchen Bits - nothing of this lady's personal works of art or intellectual property. February spectacular records for antiques in West Palm Beach Festival

(West Palm Beach, FL) A record number of dealers put in place the spectacular Antiques February, traditionally the largest show of the season for the West Palm Beach Antiques Festival.
