Paragon Art Deco china, but what is called the design?
I have a tea cup set with 6 and saucers, milk jug, sugar basin and teapot. I'm trying to find the design. The cups are small and round with a golden handle and foot. White with gold edge, under a blue band that goes around the cup and that another band that gold breaks and points down on both sides to reveal front and back to lengths a blue flower with 3 Gold drops in two. I have tried different content responsibly and searched, but without success. They are said Art Deco and tender.

The Art Deco Movement
Art Deco flourished internationally in the inter-war years, mainly in architecture but also influences the fine and applied arts. Art Deco was a modernization of many artistic styles and themes of the past, it began as the modernist followed Art Nouveau style, but was much simpler and closer to mass production. The 1920s marked a progressive era in America, an era of prosperity, and promise of modernity - this era of fat needed bold ideas. In the early Art Deco buildings were defined with earlier neo-classical styles which were used exotic motifs such as flora and fauna, fountains and chevron-shaped geometric patterns. The company was reacting against the rigid austerity that the First World War had imposed, people now required opulence extravagance and immorality and Art Deco gave it to them. Symbols of a brave new era - the Golden Gate Bridge, cinemas, stations, ships, the Barclay-Vesey Building - were all draped in Art Deco. New materials such as aluminum and steel steel have been in vogue and have been applied in sweeping curves, chevron patterns and sunburst motifs. Streamline Moderne was a parallel movement which was influenced by modern aerodynamic designs coming out of the advancement of technologies in aviation and ballistics. Art Deco adopted some of these designs, streamlining the application technology of everyday objects such as cars and refrigerators. Art Deco began falling into disgrace when it became ubiquitous and has been derided as gaudy and presenting an image of luxury lame. Some of the finest examples Survival of the Art Deco architecture found in Cuba, Brazil, Uruguay and parts of America such as Florida, Tulsa, Okalahoma and Houston, Texas. Other areas include unique Napier, New Zealand, where the whole town was rebuilt in Art Deco style after an earthquake devastated the city in 1931 and Asmara, Eritrea, where the Italians have built many buildings in Art Deco style during their colonial rule.
